In the course you will also be learning:

• the basic neuroscience and psychological underpinnings of mindfulness
• the physiology and psychology of stress and ease
• how to be with thoughts and emotions that arise while practicing mindfulness
• how to build your own regular mindfulness practice

• Saturday afternoons: 2 pm to 4.30 pm
